"Exceptional customer service"
First, I’ll start off by saying that Scott Neal real estate was a tremendous help to my brother and I in selling the home we inherited. We are both younger and have never bought or sold a home. We had the help of Derek and Carissa through the whole entire process. Any questions we had were answered immediately and we were given exceptional customer service. As anyone knows, selling a home you inherited can be a messy and stressful situation. They made the whole entire process easy. They did more than just help us navigate through it. I’m 100% certain if we did not have Derek, Carissa and the Scott Neal team we would have been stressed through the process.
